I’ve never received this delivery.

I'm sorry to hear your experience was frustrating. I have already responded to your email regarding this order. The package was processed and shipped in a timely manner to the address provided, and USPS tracking shows it was successfully delivered. While I understand how frustrating delivery issues can be, they are unfortunately outside of my control once a package is with the carrier.

Great sample. It was discontinued but I was told it's the best vanilla base. Very fast shipping.
