Due to the nature of fragrance products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on perfume decants once an order has been shipped. This includes situations where a scent does not meet personal preference or expectations.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect, please get in touch with us at scentedsoftly@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue (including packaging and product)

If the issue is verified, we will offer a replacement at our discretion.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you believe your package is lost, contact the shipping carrier directly.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed.
