Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm EST on Fridays will be processed the next business day. Processing time allows for careful decanting, labeling, and secure packaging of your fragrance.

During periods of high order volume or holidays, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via USPS with tracking provided once your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery times vary based on location and carrier performance and are not guaranteed.

Fragrance Shipping Notice

Perfumes are considered flammable liquids and are shipped in accordance with USPS regulations. Packages may be shipped via ground transportation when required.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or for packages marked as delivered but lost or stolen. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If you believe your package is lost in transit, contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking information.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may require additional postage to be reshipped.

Address Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been processed. Please double-check your shipping details before submitting your order.
